Angrymanphone1I’ve ranted several times about call centers recently. Specifically I’ve talked about the high levels of frustration almost all of us feel when dealing with the awkward automatic systems that can run one into a dark customer service alley, with seemingly no way out.

Well, here’s a very helpful cheat sheet a friend passed along. It’s a "way out" from the automated hell of many large companies. Very helpful. And here’s my disclaimer: I haven’t tried them all.
