Account Manager
A Vox Account Manager is responsible for providing account team leadership and exceeding client expectations. As an Account Manager at Vox you will be the ultimate advocate of Vox’s customer experience capabilities and unique approach, and are responsible for promoting this among prospects, clients and project teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business with your clients by developing and sustaining trusting relationships as well as managing the overall quality of deliverables and service provided to the client. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 4-5 years of prior consulting experience and/or other relevant experience building and maintaining client relationships. Other qualifications include:

- Ability to independently manage Vox consultants and project teams
- Excellent writing/communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the follow areas
- Online (SEO, e-commerce, website design and/or development)

- Marketing and communications
- Research and analysis
