Improving the Integrated Experience

The overhaul of this regional bank website integrated marketing campaigns with web content and enhanced brand recognition.

Situation

Facing a turbulent economy and increased competition online, the client wanted to improve their customers’ online experience by creating a less limited and easier to maintain website that reflected their innovative and progressive brand. By creating a more integrated flow of the website, Vox helped the bank attract and keep more customers.

Solution

Vox began by developing new information architecture for the website, recreating the site from the ground up.

Using this new framework, Vox:

• Created style guides focused on functionality and content to help the various contributors to the website maintain consistency

• Integrated a Content Management System to provide the client with a simpler way to control and update content

• Developed a Web 2.0 site aimed at creating more opportunities for the bank to connect and interact with customers

Now, the focus is on the customer - providing easily accessible information and fortifying a stronger relationship with the company. The new website took offline communication online, creating a progressive web interface that truly reflects the client’s brand and focus on the customer.

Phase Two…

Vox continues to partner with this innovative client and will soon launch a web tie-in with television ads and offline events. We are launching new functions that will drive retention and enhance the bank’s community, one integrated customer interaction at a time.
