Customer Growth Calculator

How long will it take to double your customer base? Plug in your numbers below. The important number here is to choose your desired increase in your customer retention rate in the drop down box. Once you calculate, you'll see how this increase compares to staying at your current rate of retention.

TIP: Your retention and acquisition numbers must equal more than 100% to show positive effects on customer growth. Otherwise your customer base is shrinking.

Contact Vox to discuss how we can help you improve customer retention rates and increase customer lifetime value.

This calculator uses the following formula to figure customer lifetime value; CLV = m(r/1 + i - r), Where m = margin or profit from a customer in one year, r = retention rate, i = discount rate. A 12% discount rate is used. This formula assumes profit margins remain constant over the life of a customer, the retention rate for customers remains constant over time, and customer lifetime value is estimated over an infinite horizon.
